Over the years, she has received additional training in acupuncture, taping, concussion management, manual therapy, running injuries and soft tissue release techniques. Along with her training, Sarah has served as a clinical lab leader at McMaster University and as a clinical instructor for Physiotherapy students.
Interests
Outside of work, Sarah stays active with ultimate frisbee, running, yoga, hiking or taking long walks with her dog. She hopes to one day completely hike the Bruce Trail end to end. She also has a keen interest in travel, food and anything outdoors.
Inspiration
Seeing the joy in a patient’s face when they are able to do an activity that they had previously thought was not achievable.
