Her ability to handle our busy front desk while sustaining a professional level of customer relations at all times comes from her many years of experience in customer service. Shauna views her role as an integral part in ensuring that the physiotherapists are set up for success. She feels great satisfaction when together as a team we are able to help meet the needs of our clients. Her focus on being environmentally friendly has helped the clinic in implementing environmentally kind practices. Her interest in yoga, food and nutrition and family life keeps her busy when she is not at work.
