Kim possesses a wealth of experience in both healthcare and customer service. Her infectious personality and sense of compassion make her a great asset to the customer care team. She also has a passion for helping others by delivering the utmost care and service to meet a patient’s needs so they can get back to what they love doing most! Kim is absolutely thrilled to be working at MSP to improve the quality of life in clients through patient-centered care.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking, settling in with a good movie and popcorn, but mostly spending time with friends and family.
