About Shawn
Bio
Shawn completed his Master’s in Physiotherapy at Western University in 2006. Since then, he has obtained an advanced diploma in manual therapy and is a member of FCAMPT (Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy). He is certified as an Advanced Movement Therapist (AMTc) and in Gunn IMS-dry needling (University of British Columbia). He has provided care to athletes at the 2015 PAN AM Games, and since 2022, has been the team physiotherapist for the Canadian Medical Soccer Team.
Interests
Outside of work, Shawn enjoys playing the beautiful game (soccer) and is an avid golfer all year long – thank you winter golf sim league! He has a wonderful and supportive family who he loves spending lazy weekends with, exploring Hamilton and all it has to offer.
